This 2005 ORF-UNIVERSUM production is yet another masterpiece by Georg Riha and his team of BRAINS & PICTURES. Join the film crew on their 2-year journey through picturesque locations, and be part of their exciting work on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Danube. The special tools used in this exceptional documentary include CAMCAT-, TIMELAPSE-, AERIAL and CAMRAIL-technique as well as a giant camera crane. The cinematic highlight of this production is a spectacular 36 km-aerial shot over the entire Wachau valley. Kunst in Bild und Stein – Waltraud und Toni Neuhauser

In den Räumlichkeiten der Vinothek der Freien Weingärtner Wachau zeigt das Künstlerpaar Waltraud und Toni Neuhauser, aus Spitz an der Donau, erstmals seine Werke. Zur Harmonie des Weines haben die beiden Künstler ein liebevolles Programm geschaffen. Waltraud Neuhauser, seit ihrer Jugend mit der Malerei verbunden hat einen bunten Reigen ihrer Aquarellkunst zusammengestellt. Bilder über Wein und Kellerwirtschaft, Blumen und Waldviertel Motive sind unter anderem zu sehen. Auch bei Toni Neuhauser dreht sich vieles um den Wein. Seine Montagen aus Weinutensilien mit Donausteinen lässt seine Verbundenheit zur Wachau erkennen. Mystische Fabelwesen, genannt „Weindaxl“, sowie einige „Stolpersteine“ runden das Bild ab.
