Located on a hilltop about one and a half km. from Greve in Chianti. The walls and towers of the old castle are still conserved and reduced in characteristical homes. The Gothic Church had been restored. This place gave birth and origins of the Vespucci Family. America is named in honor to Amerigo Vespucci a navigator.
